Refund policy
Our products are made to order, meaning once you have placed your order we start working on your personalization. Therefore we do not accept return, exchange or refund. The only exception for a return, exchange or refund is if the item(s) arrive damage, defective or received the wrong item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 24 hours, we will not validate damaged/defective items.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
